TV and Device Volume: Television and any other audio devices must be kept at a moderate and low volume, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Ban on Parties and Unregistered Guests: It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events in any way. Access to the property is reserved exclusively for guests regularly registered at the time of booking; it is not permitted to introduce unfamiliar or unauthorized persons. Pets and Smoking: No pets of any kind are allowed inside the property. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke in all indoor areas of the house. Breakfast Corner and Amenities: Since the property does not have a kitchen or stove, we invite you to use the microwave and coffee machine provided for your breakfast or small snacks with care. Key Loss: In case of key loss, a charge fee of €25.00 applies for replacement or duplication. Please keep them with care. Care of Rooms and Decor: You are requested to take care of the furnishings and equipment without moving the furniture. Please also turn off lights and air conditioners when you leave and properly sort your waste into the designated bins.
